Privacy Policy
Plain-language summary, not legal advice. This explains what data Iron Marker (Phase Logic LLC) collects and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Account info — your email address and authentication data, managed through our auth provider, Supabase (and Google, if you sign in with Google).
- Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Optional Telegram chat ID — only if you choose to enable Telegram alerts.
- Push notification subscription — only if you turn on notifications. Your browser gives us an address at its push service plus two encryption keys, and we store them to send alerts to that device. Turning notifications off in Settings deletes it.
- Product usage — settings, tracked bets, and activity you create in the app.
- In-app activity — when you are signed in to the app, we record how you use it in our own database: when you open it, which tabs you view, how many bets your settings show, which sportsbook links you click, which settings you change, when you open checkout or billing, and how long the app is open. If you answer the optional question we ask during a trial, we store your answer. This is tied to your account, is used only to understand and improve Iron Marker, and is not sent to advertising or analytics companies.
- Device & log data — standard technical data (browser, IP, timestamps) for security and operation.
2. Cookies & tracking
- Google Analytics — to understand how the site and app are used.
- Microsoft Clarity — records how our public marketing pages are used, including scrolling, clicks, and session replays, so we can see where a page’s layout confuses people. It does not run on the signed-in app at /app, so your bets, bankroll, and in-app activity are never sent to Clarity. Clarity automatically masks text typed into form fields.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — to protect signup and forms from bots and abuse.
- Embedded video — the home page shows a still image of our explainer video and contacts YouTube only if you click play. The player then loads in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); if you never press play, YouTube receives nothing at all.
- Rewardful — if you arrive via an affiliate link, a cookie records the referral so the affiliate can be credited.
3. Service providers
We share data only with the providers that run Iron Marker: Supabase (accounts/database), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile, edge functions), Google Analytics (analytics), Microsoft Clarity (marketing-page session replay), Google Fonts (our typefaces load from Google’s servers, which see your IP address and browser), Rewardful (affiliate attribution), Resend (transactional email), and Telegram (only if you enable alerts). If you turn on notifications, alerts travel through your browser’s push service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft), encrypted so the push service cannot read them. Each processes data on our behalf.
4. How we use your information
To provide, secure, and improve the service; to process billing; to send transactional emails and any alerts you enable; and to prevent fraud and abuse.
5. Data retention & security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
6. Selling data
We do not sell your personal information (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act).
7. Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of your data, and you can cancel or close your account, by emailing [email protected]. You can disable analytics cookies via your browser settings.
8. Children
Iron Marker is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
